Paul Mc Loughlin.


I am a 43 year old married father of 2 boys, from Dublin, Ireland. I have been living in NYC for 8 years and have been training people for over a decade.

I love helping others, and I think I’m very good at it. I’ve spent my lifetime learning, playing and competing. I’ve spent thousands of hours working on my skills as a trainer and athlete to help understand my own body as well as my clients’.

I am extremely proud and confident in the abilities I now possess, and am excited by the challenge of getting you into the best shape of your life.

WHAT IS TRAIN BETTER FASTER?

I have designed TBF to help you get the best out of your training by covering it all, in the least amount of time. I want to teach you how to do it like I do it, and I plan on getting you there faster than any other way you’ve trained before.

TBF is a type of training that is, in my opinion, better than what I see from most trainers in the industry. It will teach you about your body, and how to listen better.

You will feel everything from burning pain, to the softest breath and everything in between. We will incorporate the correct PACE, INTENSITY, TEMPO, and DURATION. We will work on breath, posture, aerobic ability, endurance, strength, flexibility, mobility, motion, and new skills.

You will move differently, you will train differently, and you will unquestionably feel and look differently.
